While our kitchen is officially a shared commissary kitchen, we spend the first hour of each day cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and equipment to ensure that all of our products remain Celiac safe. In addition, we use all of our own pans and utensils, and even a separate fryer, so that they never come into contact with any gluten containing products.
